Staff Advice

Register for the program to begin receiving weekly communications

We would all love to be the best members of staff that we could be and this programs provide staff with the thoughts and ideas that will focus their efforts so the organisation will benefit.

These weekly communications encourages the attitude of each staff member to understand they are part of a bigger 'team'. If they perform as well as they can as individual staff members then the organisation will achieve the best it can and so the future of the organisation and staff is as secure as it can be.

Most staff lack focus and understanding of the realities of how the organisation needs their commitment to prosper.

This program looks at a raft of topics that will broaden the understanding of staff members and get them focused on what they can do for the organisation rather than what the organisation can do for them.

It makes very clear that the best way for them to progress is for them to perform rather than demand.

The weekly communications are designed to provoke thought amongst staff and the search capabilities of the program will enable staff to have advice whenever they want it or need it most.

What do you get when you register for the program?

After you have registered for the Advice program(s) of your choice you will receive an email to notify you that your next communication is available.

At any time you can log onto the website, run a 'search' on any word and be able to read the communications already received that relate to that issue.

Each email sent also has the provision to ask questions to the author and so additional assistance is available.

The communications you receive will always be available to review and search even after your subscription for new communications has expired.

Here are some sample communications that will enable you to 'get a feel' for the concept.
